The hotel is situated in the very centre of San Remo. Room was big enough and the thing we liked the most was that it was actually a very old building recently modernized. One disadvantage is that although the bathroom was in the room, it was not on the same floor, I.E. there were stairs to climb before you reach the small bathroom with very small shower cabin. Still, the staff was very helpful. They provided free tea and coffee and a coffee machine in the room, but there was not an adapter to switch on the hairdryer (they provided it the very next morning). Moreover, there was free wi-fi and allegedly free international landline phone calls (as a matter of fact it was possible to make only 1 call). All in all, very nice room in the city centre, close to the beach and numerous restaurants.

Lovely staff, great room right in the middle of everything, quiet in rooms, free internet and phone, cute cafe on doorstep
No car access on street (ie will need to carry luggage for a short distance), wouldn't recommend the quadruple for 4 adults as the bunk beds were a little small

Close to center
The room was smelly. Even all day the windows were opened ... the smell was repulsive and poignant. We could not reach the hotel by car... The adress was not even on gps... Fortunately we had the postal code.

the only good thing about it was the location
It is only a couple of rooms in a city location.....n o staff on site and only available by telephone and then no english speaking. Quite difficult really. Probably ideal for backpackers who speak french. However the location is very good.

Very new modern room in the center of town, wouldn't know it was there if you walked past, once inside very nice. I will stay there again.

One flat in the centre of city, directly in pedestrian area, transferred to „hotel”. Inside very good, outside so-so. Excellent staff (owners).

Pleasant lady willing to help at reception.
Hotel room was neglected and bed was dirty. Upon arrival we had to ask for clean sheets, blankets and pillows. Floor was dirty as well, it looks like noone has cleaned for a year. It is an apartment cut into 3 hotel rooms. Also, it's very hard to find the hotel, with no signs at all in area.
